The generator broke down on the way from Minsk to Grodno, it so happened that the battery ran out so that the trunk did not open and the shelf was raised - BMW e71 - there was no access to the akum. Change / charge.
I didn't know who understands BMW in Grodno - I found this company, drove up, agreed that a tow truck would bring a car to them.

The 2nd master heard the conversations, connected, I do not remember his name, the conversation went in a completely different direction, polite and help-oriented, it is clear that one and the other had the same thing washed away, bring it - we will continue to look, but when a person has a difficult situation - I want sympathy, not The answer is that we may look at your car in 4 days, or maybe tomorrow, everything is busy.
In total, working with a client in the service sector is our everything, especially since the price is high and we are aimed at the premium segment of cars

3. Recommendation - it would be very cool to get into a clean car after repairs. Taking into account the prices of 10/20 rubles, you will not notice - but it would be very nice 🙌, as in AUTOIDEA - a clean car when you pick it up

There is no payment by card.
Prices for work and spare parts are more expensive than the average values, that's for sure.
At the first request, it was written about a 5% discount. Until I reminded you a few times, you wouldn't even remember.
There is no consultation after the completed work.
I am constantly serviced, there are no questions or comments. Receipts, tips and recommendations, the ability to take photos/ videos of the process are available
To say that this BMW is underserved means there is nothing to say!!! The prices are three times more than in ordinary S.T.O. They do not know how to do anything! They do it badly! You arrive in a serviceable car, you leave with a faulty one! Either the sensor was forgotten to be inserted, the nut was not tightened, or something else-forget it! And when you ask a question about cost recovery, they blink their eyes and say we are not here, thank you for not taking money at all for the repeated work that they forgot to do...
I changed the oil in the box, BMW E70. I didn't buy everything in their store and in vain, it would have been cheaper by 20p. So far, I have no complaints about the quality.
