No 3D design was provided but Arkadiy said he paid $100 for the design. The ring came out wrong. We didn’t insist on returning the money for labor, but wanted the money back that we paid for extra backup ring. No backup ring was actually built and we ended up with random pieces of gold instead of money. We have questions and want to resolve but Arkadiy won’t pick up the phone and has deleted chat history.

An excellent craftsman. I had my products repaired .Then they ordered custom-made engagement rings.A chain, a cross.We were satisfied.I recommend it!!!!

I brought a broken gold chain, the master tried to make it but couldn't. To solder it, and told me that more than one master would not be able to do it. I went to Maxim Gorky jewelry store. There was a master there, and he made a chain for me, and it didn't cost much.
