I am urgently looking for an apartment to buy. In Mogilev. I really like one house from this developer, so I decided to find a website and call to find out the details. I found the phone number on the yurstroymash website in the "Call us" section. She took the first one she saw. The girl answered the phone and did not introduce herself. I asked her to introduce herself, since I am a client and I do not understand with whom I should continue the conversation, how to address the person on the other end of the line, so to speak, after the phrase "Hello", I asked where I was calling, you never know if the old number or got there wrong, anything happens and it is already the absolute norm that representatives of such companies, where there are sales, begin by introducing themselves by name and calling the company. The girl replied to me, "I do not know where you are calling," well, okay. Maybe I asked the wrong question. Next, I asked her to introduce herself, to which she replied, "I can't introduce myself to a stranger, I'm sorry." Does she even know that this number is listed on a website on the Internet? Next, I tried to dial another number. But in vain. Anyway, I'll look for other developers. Although, it's a pity that it turned out that way.

I would never advise anyone to build with by this company. Poorly, irresponsibly, they build and also rent a ready-made house. Budget materials, work like a bad government developer. But the cost of 1 sq. m is like that of elite housing, "kmfort class". Apparently, the concept of " comfort " is different for everyone.
