Good afternoon. I would like to share my impressions about the purchase and installation of doors in the company "Yurkas". I'll start with Tatiana's manager, who advised us at the Grad shopping center. She was a very nice girl, she explained everything well and clearly, and later solved all the problematic issues, and there were quite a few of them! There are no questions for Tatiana as a specialist. The next representative from the company is a door measurer, and unfortunately, I don't have any contacts, which is a pity. Since the specialist was praising himself, and as a result, when the specialists arrived to install, the size of the doors did not match the opening!!! As a result, we lose a week of time! The front door was also ordered here. There are no questions about the quality, except for the peephole in which nothing is visible at all!!! The door was installed by IP Kischuk Andrey. There are no questions about the installation, everything is clear, fast, and high-quality. Next, the most interesting thing was waiting for us - the installation of interior doors. We were given a contact IP Kretov Alexander! When we agreed on the installation, we were told a million times that they were doing their job well! But each time they couldn't start because they didn't have time to install the doors in another place. On the second call, they immediately announced the amount for the installation, but that's okay. The next time we talked, we already had a 40% prepayment. We needed to install 5 interior doors and an entrance door portal. These masters do it for 4 days!!! And the most important thing is that they must have a key to the apartment! They were not satisfied with the suggestion that I would open in the morning and close in the evening! To the question of why??? An ingenious answer was given by IP Cretov – they need to leave during the day for measurements or on their own business. Then it's clear why they're sitting on orders for four or five days!!! Arrogance, rudeness and rudeness are all that can be said about them. As a result, we asked for new masters. Sole Proprietor Sergey Shostak came to us at exactly the specified time and without any prepayment. We installed the doors well and efficiently in one working day (with 3 people working), and also collected all the garbage after ourselves. There was also our personal request to help install the window sill, and they helped us with that too. For which I thank them very much. As a result, we can say that the quality of the doors that Yurkas sells is good, the managers are good too, but the installation and measurement services are very ambiguous and as a result of solving these problems, it is necessary to increase the planned deadlines.

She is a very pleasant girl, plus an excellent option was offered, although my husband and I initially had another one. We did not regret contacting you at the salon!We will come again, as the renovation is in full swing!

The consultant girl (Tatiana) told me everything, explained and prompted. Calculated the cost. Thank you so much for your help. The door was delivered and installed on time, special thanks to the installer, a very attentive and polite man!
