On the 15th day, I already called myself, with assurances that they just wanted to dial me themselves, agreed that the "jamb" of the measurer and said that the position was custom-made, they would send an application for production and as soon as it was ready they would dial. They guided me to the 20th of August. No one called until the 25th. I typed them myself as usual. As it turned out, my goods are already in stock, but no one tells me about it. And it is not known how long they lay there, and it is not known how much more they would have been if I had not called myself. As a result, they billed me for the replacement of doborov. They take away my goods that did not fit, turned out to be too narrow for my openings, and bring me wider ones. (I needed a 200mm wide hole and for some reason the measurer intended 150). So the replacement of the dobors from 150 to 200 at a price turned out to be almost the same as my 150 dobors.
They just set the price for 200 dobor 2 times higher than my 150. It turns out that I have to pay them twice for the goods, and this, from their point of view, is the solution to the issue of the complaint. It turns out they've made a lot of money and I'm paying for it.
And in general, this office works at your expense. When placing an order, you pay 70 percent, and only then the order is placed in production, i.e. they place an order at the factory at the expense of the buyer, and when the order is ready, you also pay them 30 percent, this is their profit, as I understand it. Without investing a penny of my money in turnover, I earn 30 percent on the client's money and also such a piggy attitude. It's as if you come to the store for bread, and they tell you to pay 70 percent of the cost and come for your bread tomorrow. And when you come tomorrow they will ask you to pay 30 percent extra and give you your bread. That's the kind of business.
