A great guest house surrounded by greenery! Cozy, bright, clean rooms with air conditioning and a balcony where it is pleasant to drink morning coffee. Fresh bed linen on a comfortable bed. Excellent Wi-Fi. A large, equipped kitchen. Appliances, lots of dishes, washing machine and dryer, coffee machine. A patio with a barbecue area and a table where you can sit.
The place is quiet, calm without fuss. But 7-10 minutes on foot and you are at the shops and the restaurant. Who needs to be near the center of Batumi (by taxi or bus) Near the railway station.
The location is great!
The sea is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a pebble. There is a cafe. You can take sun beds and umbrellas for a fee.
Separately, I would like to note the hospitable, cordial, responsive hosts of the house Luba and Grisha. Everything will be told and shown. They will help with the transfer.
The guests are treated like friends!
We recommend it to everyone and we will be happy to return ourselves.

I am delighted with this guest house.
I stayed here with my 7-year-old daughter several times.
The sea is within walking distance, the beach is clean, wide, pebbly,
The mountains are nearby. The air is clean. The scents of flowers, birds singing in the morning.
There is a natural sulfur spring within walking distance, it does not look very good, but it is good for health, my daughter had skin allergies, dermatitis, everything went away after several visits.
Batumi is 15 minutes away by taxi. It takes 5 minutes by taxi to the railway station, convenient, close, we went on from there to Tbilisi. It is convenient to get to the airport by taxi in 20-25 minutes.
The house itself and the surrounding area are well maintained, clean, nice to see.
It feels like the house has a Soul.
The rooms are bright, clean, cozy, cleaning and change of linen and towels.
The house has everything you need, a washing machine, an iron, refrigerators, a dryer, stoves, a spacious kitchen, a dining area separated from a place where you can cook - this is a big plus for me personally. There are books, board games.
The hosts are very hospitable, sincere people. They will always help, tell you, tell you.
I definitely recommend this guest house to visit! My daughter and I were satisfied!

The location of the Juno hotel is very good: from the busy highway in Batumi and the railway, of course, and from the sea it is small, about a kilometer.
It is a quiet and cozy street with exotic plants and houses of exquisite architecture.
The hotel has WI-Fi on each floor, each room has a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, etc., air conditioning in each room. A balcony along the perimeter of the 2nd and 3rd floors, where you can dry your bathing accessories and drink coffee.
On the ground floor there is a mini laundry room with a dryer, a kitchen where you can cook your favorite dishes, eat them with friends in the hall, or under a canopy at a large table outside.
The hosts are sooo friendly, they will help diversify your vacation with almost any "whim".
Prices are very democratic for vacationers with any income level.
I recommend it, there are no language barriers...

It's a great place! I was completely delighted with our vacation with a friend in this cute three-storey house away from the main road, in a quiet and cozy place. There are wonderful neighbors nearby. There are shops and, most importantly, the sea within walking distance from the house!!! The sea is within walking distance, 10 minutes, though across the street. Surprisingly, there are few people on the beach in June and the sea is always clear. There are sun beds and umbrellas. On the ground floor of this wonderful house there is a kitchen-dining room, it has all the necessary appliances and utensils. There are separate shelves for groceries in the locker and refrigerator. I would like to note the hospitality and good-natured attitude of the owners of this house: Luba and Gregory. You can contact them with all your questions, they will tell you everything. The rooms are very bright with good furniture, comfortable beds, air conditioning. I'm sure I'll come back here many more times!!!

The first thing I want to mention is the owners. Super friendly people. They advised places where you can go, helped with all questions, communication with them is a pleasure! The hotel itself is a 5-minute walk to the sea and a 10-minute taxi ride to Batumi. The room is clean, cozy, a large comfortable bed and a private shower room (which has a hairdryer!). There is a kitchen downstairs, you will have a separate shelf in the refrigerator and everything you need for cooking, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
In general, we were very satisfied and definitely recommend this hotel!

A nice three-storey house, cozy rooms with good furniture and air conditioning. Each room has its own shower and toilet, and there is a hairdryer. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with refrigerators and a stove where you can cook and have a snack. There is a barbecue in the yard where you can make a barbecue or fry a fish, there are also tables, there is a swing. Shops and a pebble beach are within walking distance from the house. There is a farm nearby where fish are bred. There is a sulfur spring, although it is not very equipped. Very friendly and helpful hosts. I will definitely come here again!
