As soon as they found out that I was not in the Republic of Armenia and would not issue a new card, they unreasonably debited $ 50 from the account 2 times and brazenly lied that this was a service fee. At the same time, the support suddenly disappeared and they wrote only in Armenian to the mail, brazenly asking if I wanted to open a new card. The level couldn't be lower. Avoid it!!!

I arrived 15 minutes before the opening.I was on the 1st, but I got to the reception on the 3rd, although only 10 minutes later (two passed in front of me). I was accepted for a long time, about an hour (card registration).The girl is very polite, explained everything, there were no problems.
By the end of my reception, the queue had already filled the entire hall.So yes, the information about the queues is true, just come in advance.
