I want to leave a complaint, because I ordered sushi from the site 2 hours ago. I didn't get a call back, the website says that the order has been accepted for processing.
The short number 7358 did not work. I called on my mobile phone, the female operator communicated rudely and said that she had another number specified in her order, which could not be, because even now, after visiting the site, I automatically entered the last entered number and it is correct.
Also, the order received from my neighbors was placed on the website and accepted for processing. The operator said that there was no such order at all. That is, both we and they just waited two hours for their orders. They also didn't get a call back.
The operator said that she was not going to do anything about it and she was fulfilling her duties 100 percent.
And by the way, there was also no call to the number that she said was listed there and that she allegedly did not get through there. (This is my second number, the mobile phone was lying next to it and was turned on).
In general, guys, the food may be delicious, but you don't want to deal with such a service.
By the way, having written them a complaint with all the proofs in the cart, the same people communicated with me as on the phone. I.e. it is very funny to leave a complaint against the operator, to the same operator.
Disgusting service!!! I made an order through the application, the order was accepted, but the operator did not contact me and the application indicated a 2.5-hour delivery wait. After 3 hours, I contacted the operator to clarify where my order was, to which I received a response that I allegedly canceled the order when I was contacted (within 3 hours no one called me back about my order) and after that I received a response that the order simply was not accepted and It was not prepared. If you have a heavy workload and you cannot accept orders promptly, then please call your customers back and inform them about the heavy workload. In addition to this, the order was paid online at checkout and it also did not affect anything!!! During the conversation, the operator did not even bother to apologize and somehow fix the situation, but simply stated that they were no longer working. Boorish and terrible attitude towards their customers for such prices.
