After 3 hours, I contacted the operator to clarify where my order was, to which I received a response that I allegedly canceled the order when I was contacted (within 3 hours no one called me back about my order) and after that I received a response that the order simply was not accepted and It was not prepared. If you have a heavy workload and you cannot accept orders promptly, then please call your customers back and inform them about the heavy workload. In addition to this, the order was paid online at checkout and it also did not affect anything!!! During the conversation, the operator did not even bother to apologize and somehow fix the situation, but simply stated that they were no longer working.
