I visited this "salon" for the third time and was very disappointed. The first two times, master Svetlana cut it well, although when the haircut grew, there was no shape. But even then I didn't like that the hairdresser makes a remark that the hair roots are not colored (I always cut my hair first, then I dye it) and I do it as it suits me. The third time I came, explained what I would like, showed photos of approximate haircuts, not literally, but approximately. She asked not to open the ear on one side, on the other to leave the length, only to give it a slight shape. That is, the asymmetry. The master cut her hair very short over her ear, to which I said that I asked her not to open her ear. She started to get nervous, cut her hair on the run, did not profit anything, and on the other hand did not cut the length at all. At the same time, she was constantly outraged that she did three haircuts in one, that she did not study in St. Petersburg and that since she would not look like in the photo, everyone has different hair, etc., oh, do you have facial hair, and on eyelashes, do you have a wet effect? She cut her hair specially so that the cropped hair fell over her face and eyes as much as possible. If you are a salon, where are your face shields for customers??? Then I spent the rest of the day pulling my hair out of my eye and was horrified by the sight of myself in the mirror. The next day, I styled my hair and made sure once again that the length of one side is no way! it does not match the length of the other, it is no longer an asymmetry, but only that! I have previously agreed that I will come again for the correction of the "haircut ". The master met me with displeasure, cut a couple of millimeters, I said that make it okay for me to match one side to the other, to which she threw scissors, threw a tantrum, started screaming and running that she was a bad master, she would not cut me, go to another salon. She said she felt bad, took the money out of the cash register and defiantly threw it on the table. I refused to go out , to which the owner of the salon called another master to cut my length. She cut it very slowly . I was tired of this circus, I said that was enough and left, putting the money near the cash register. Is that how you can behave like this??? I just said that I asked you not to open your ear! Then why even ask how to cut hair? Cut everyone into the same haircut! Everyone has different hair, we will be different! And if you are a salon, match not only the payment for the service, but also the service.
"You don't need to wash your hair," I said. To which the master replied that she does not cut hair without washing. That is, I pay a lot of money, but I DON'T CHOOSE which service I need. Shampooing is a separate service and it should not be included in the cost of a haircut. I had nowhere to go, there was an event coming up. So if you are willing to pay for the IMPOSED services and meekly agree, this is your salon.

I visited at the end of September. It's not the first time and everything was fine before. To be honest, I don't remember the name of the master, but in order:
I decided to go to this barbershop and straighten the square. I expected to spend an hour and a half of time.
For the first 40-50 minutes, there was a woman in the hall (either the girls' boss, or a girlfriend) watching the second master cut her husband's hair and talking very loudly with the hairdressers. Some jokes, discussion of children/affairs and all that. To be honest, if it were possible to somehow "close" my ears, or "turn up" the speaker's volume, I would definitely use this option. I felt like I was at a train station in a barbershop. When they finally left, it became much easier and calmer.
The girl who cut my hair tried very hard. For a very long time. As a result, she cut my hair for 2 hours, which I was completely unprepared for. In the end, after the hundredth trimming cut, to be honest, I couldn't stand it anymore and asked to finish, because I knew that they were already waiting for me. I quickly paid off and ran out on business. But when my husband looked at the back of my head, he said that it was crooked. It was doubly insulting. Spend so much time in the "salon", rape your ears with a bazaar, and eventually come out with a crooked haircut.
2 stars for the fact that at least the interior is not the scariest.
I decided not to go there anymore. It is better to wait longer, get further and pay more, but get high service and good quality haircuts.

They cut it for 40 minutes under a regular half-box, after which I asked them to fix what I didn't like. After the first corrections, absolutely nothing has changed. After the second and third, too. So another half hour passed. He went to another barbershop to fix this horror.
I was on eyebrow correction. The master made my eyebrows worse than I was before😅

A disgusting beauty salon. I was not warned that I was being served by a novice master who had just completed the courses. As a result: violating the technology of coloring, they ruined my hair, stained it with spots. I still suffer, I walk like this, but I paint over with tonic to hide this whole nightmare. DON'T GO THERE, TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR.
