A lot of things are unfinished. In some streets there is no asphalt at all, and now they are starting to dig the earth and asphalt everywhere, and they are doing something. And when they're done, they just put the earth back, but it's all uneven and small hills turn out. It's not like driving there, it's impossible to walk there. And now they have decided to destroy asphalt, now cars are eating on pedestrian roads. I'm furious.

It's a very dirty place where some homeless people are constantly walking. The prices in the shops are very expensive and many houses do not have a regular elevator.
