To be honest, this is the worst Internet I could ever imagine. Even a mobile phone works better and more stable than a wired one from Yugtelecom. Every week you have to call and figure out what happened to these poor people this time and why the Internet went off again. A snowstorm? We are without internet. Is it raining? We are without internet. A sunny day? We're without internet anyway! I think this should be their advertising slogan. Tech support is generally a separate song. They write on the website that they work until one o'clock, in advertisements on Instagram that they generally work around the clock. In fact, you'll get through to them 2 times out of 10, starting on the 5th, if they deign to take a break from their business, turn on the phone and answer the call, but they'll only say, "Damn, we don't know what happened to the Internet, they'll fix it when they fix it, call back in a week." Paying that kind of money for that kind of quality is ridiculous. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would give minus 5 stars, because it's DISGUSTING. It's better without wired Internet at all than with this.
I am writing an honest review, I have been using our Internet since the first day it appeared. It is constantly lagging, that is, there are frequent failures. In a word, it is not worth your money too much. Anyway, thank you at least for the fact that we have at least some kind of connection in a God-forsaken undeveloped city, better than nothing. Work on the Internet, fix bugs and glitches or whatever it is, develop, I wish you success. It will only make it easier and more pleasant for me.
