You've obviously started making smaller portions. Less rice , fish fillets were cut in half . The caviar of flying fish has decreased by 3 times . The rolls have become small .

We think, okay, download, that's it. When they didn't arrive on time, I called to find out what was going on. And then it turned out that our sushi was already cooked 2 hours ago, but they are still not with us. That is, all this time they were traveling somewhere with a courier. Don't you respect your reputation and don't know what can happen to fresh fish in such a short period of time? I definitely won't take any chances and there is such a thing, so I refused delivery. After the refusal, 15 minutes passed, the courier arrived and tried to force me to pay for sushi. But he was refused. Do not risk the health of your consumers and your reputation, you should not drive around the city in incomprehensible conditions for 2 hours!

- it is impossible to tell on the website/ in the Food if there is wasabi + sauce +ginger in the set set. Because of this, I did not order separately, and they were not put in - please note this when ordering. It's definitely a star, because the set is not cheap.
- there were shrimp rolls in the set, the intestinal vein was not removed from the shrimp: we cook with love, but keep the shrimp delights and eat. It's literally gut-wrenching.

The sediment remained after the call. I think OK, maybe I got it that way (but I read the reviews below and understand that it's not me alone).
2. The delivery lasted 3 hours(!) and it's MONDAY. You can't write off the high load and other overlays here. For the money paid (and this, for a second, is much higher than the main sushi market in Minsk), I want the delivery to be a maximum of an hour and a half.
3. The order arrived, I open it, look at it and understand that it is POORLY assembled for this amount. The rolls are falling apart, the avocado tastes strange, 1 set of rolls was not eaten at all, something completely incomprehensible tasted.
