I can safely say that I was lucky enough to visit the clinic. There was no regret or criticism, although the procedure was not the most pleasant - tooth extraction. I lost 3 units for the first time, and a week later I had my wisdom tooth removed. I am writing in detail so that you understand that this is a serious matter and everything went perfectly. It couldn't have been any other way. Thanks to the surgeon Shcherbin Yaroslav, he is a true professional: attentive, competent, confident and strong. Hello everyone While my impressions are fresh, I decided to write a review about the clinic, or rather specifically about the surgeon Dvoronin Maxim Arsenyevich. He was recommended to us by a dentist, Dr. Shved V.V. (by the way, spoiler alert: he also has no equal in treatment and communication in Gomel;), let's return to Maxim Arsenievich. The patient is a 12-year-old guy who has been spoiled for 4 years by the attention and care of a Swede (by the way, that's why, I'm sure, there are no fillings in the molars), and this is the first serious removal of a heel supported by a molar. The patient walked confidently by himself. No tears. Well, not without excitement. And it was important for me to convey to the surgeon the idea that I would not want all my labors to sink in one fell swoop into the abyss of pain, fear and distrust ... Guys, I'm still in shock)), then there was inimitable professional magic, you can not find such an interesting interlocutor and dental speaker, the patient did not notice, how the tooth was packaged in a parcel for the tooth fairy. In general, the service is excellent: it is rare to get through without the first attempt, the character is extremely polite, the specialists are very good, there are no questions about treatment, the record is tolerable, you can get an appointment in an average of 2 weeks, the clinic is well equipped, the appointment is carried out exactly on time by appointment, I never waited. The only question is about prices, which have increased a lot in recent years, almost threefold. I treated the tooth in January, two roots + a filling for a total of 570 rubles in two doses (at the first they laid the medicine for 90 rubles). The tooth is uncomplicated, there were no problems with it.

I went to this clinic. I signed up for the nearest appointment, mistakenly believing that the doctors there were all professionals. But no. A year ago, I just came to change the seal, a piece broke off. Nothing hurt. However, they changed it so that the next day I felt that my tooth hurt. At a consultation at the same clinic, they assured me that the wisdom tooth hurts. Consultations at other clinics were not confirmed, but they decided to delete it anyway. 2 hours of surgery and that would seem to be it. But no. The pain remained. As a result, it will soon be a year old and it turned out that it is the tooth that hurts, which was treated by the "super specialist" of the clinic. Considering that the prices here are 2-3 times higher than any other paid clinic! There are simply no words.

The doctor is very attentive, it is clear that this is not strained politeness, but really a desire to help even the most fearful patients experience treatment as comfortably as possible. At each stage, everything is explained in detail by the doctor, the treatment is comfortable and painless. If earlier I considered treatment only under sedation, then I was able to trust Svetlana Ivanovna, and she was able to find an approach to such a fearful patient. He is an excellent professional and an empathic person, which is important for those who have a fear of dentists. I can safely recommend the clinic and this doctor. However, it is worth considering that the recording is quite dense and if you have a long treatment, it is better to make an appointment for several appointments at once.

It's not about the amount, but the fact that they keep silent about it (I warned them that I would be with the disk and the snapshots). During the consultation, the doctor just left without saying anything, then came back after 10-15 minutes, it turned out he went to look at the pictures. The administrator cannot orient you by the amount, because the clinic prices From how much the treatment can reach are kept silent. The girl tried to speak correctly, which depends on the problem and so on. But I want to know how much to come with. A seal from 190 rubles (and apparently indefinitely), nerve removal from 500 rubles (also indefinitely). I really wanted to stay in this clinic, many advised. But it's strange not to understand how much money awaits you in the end. I really want the client to understand the cost of treatment FROM BEGINNING to end.

They put an implant in the clinic, then a temporary crown, which broke every week or two. The bottom line is that when I come back, I hear that the doctor (Kristina Ten) is working with this tooth only because I am a patient of the clinic, that initially she would not have taken this job. I asked another doctor then, and she replied that there were no others in the clinic.
Next, I find out that the crown on this implant will only stand if you put 3 more implants (one next to it and two seventh teeth on the opposite side.) Let me remind you that they installed this implant themselves and did not warn me that without the other three it is not functional.
At the moment, I have to go to other clinics to complete the implantation and find a way out. During the consultations, I find out that the implant is not properly positioned and no crown will stand on it, because it is not in the center of it and the load is distributed incorrectly!!! Nevertheless, I am offered solutions, which cannot be said about the clinic that supplied this implant
Time spent, money spent!! and every time the mood is spoiled after the visit by the dissatisfaction of the orthopedist. I have already left about 7 thousand in the clinic, but at the same time they talk to me every time as if I take up time with useless work.

Initially, the crowns caused great discomfort and the doctor simply ignored my arguments, saying: "We must be patient and get used to it." By the evening, I had to go to the clinic again due to severe discomfort. Ten K.S. categorically refused manipulations to eliminate unpleasant sensations in the area of crowns. Her arguments are simply absurd for a doctor: you still have to be patient, you will come the next day, I will NOT saw / remove the crown on the implant for correction, I WILL HURT my FINGERS!!!
After numerous requests, I still adjusted the contact point of the teeth so that the crowns do not press on each other. I had to convince and persuade the doctor for a long time!!! Neither I nor my family/friends set foot in this clinic anymore.

The receptionist said that she had free time for 10 hours to consult a doctor. We immediately warned that we were coming from another city and might be a little late.
As a result, we waited 2 hours for the doctor to give directions for CT scan. After that, she said that it was necessary to remove two teeth, but she did not say that there was a large darkening in the sinus of the nose, which was clearly visible on the disk. This begs the question why prescribe a CT scan of the entire jaw, which is usually done before implantation and seeing a problem in the sinus, do not tell the patient about it, as doctors did in another clinic for a free consultation. Dear doctors, if you charge money for consultations, please provide high-quality services and give us comprehensive information on the picture. There is an unpleasant aftertaste that money is being pulled out of you. The result of this whole story is purulent sinusitis. I didn't like it. After the visit, there was an unpleasant aftertaste that money was being pulled out of you for nothing. We were with the child for a consultation with an orthodontist (the case is not complicated), the day before, when recording, the question was clarified whether they had orthodontic treatment with plates (we did not need braces), they replied that their treatment is diverse, not only braces, so you need to go to a consultation. The cost is 15 rubles.
Orthodontist's conclusion: it is illogical to install a bracket system in your case, it is better to fix it with a plate (which I already knew in principle). But we don't work with plates.
The total at the checkout: 46 rubles!!!!
Their cost has increased, and now the initial consultation is 46 rubles (and it was impossible to warn in advance?)
And I have a question for what did I pay? To find out that they don't work with plates?Couldn't you tell right away when I asked about it?
In general, they took almost 50 rubles for 5 minutes of inspection. I was shocked to say the least!
