I took my child here for about 4 years, administrators and craftsmen changed, but we did not change our favorite barbershop. I made an appointment online a few days ago, and today I called just in case, and they confirmed the appointment. We came, we started undressing, and the master, who had already cut our hair more than once, begins to doubt the recording... it turns out that two children with the same names were recorded at the same time... okay, it happens that there was an online recording... but according to what criteria we were sent, and the other child was accepted, although we came earlier, I don't Understand!!!! There were also no apologies, we just had to get dressed and leave! It's not nice, the child has an event tomorrow, and we were just left without a haircut.…

Today we came to cut my son's hair for the second time. I liked everything last time (I didn't remember the name of the master). There was another girl (shoulder-length black hair). I had a bad feeling from the doorway-the girl didn't say hello or even look at us. Well, I think it's evening, everyone's tired.. I clearly showed in the photo what kind of haircut we want, and they nodded their heads at me and said okay. At the end of the haircut, I didn't understand at all why I was showing and telling something.. the girl cut it in her own way!
It's a pity! We won't come again!
I expected much better from the barbershop! They came with a child for a year to get a haircut. They were greeted kindly, sat down to get a haircut, but the child was afraid of the car. (This is not the fault of the employees) The child was given a toy / rattle after taking it out of some drawer, all dirty and dusty. Initially, they said a haircut costs 18p, but in the end they took 20p. It is clear that there are nuances of working with children, but again, putting an aquarium with fish and planting two parrots to entertain children will not replace full salon service properly.
Due to the fact that the child was crying, the haircut turned out to be uneven, it is clear that this is not the fault of the staff, but I brought it to the children's barbershop - so that I could entertain the child and not calm down with a dirty single toy ...
I will not go a second time.

We always go with our son and daughter to Hope. The barber is from God. I have never seen such an approach to any child. Before that, my son, starting at the age of 1.5, just got hysterical, went on strike and broke out. No amount of persuasion worked. And then we met her. He now asks him to write him down to his aunt. After a haircut, it's always so stylish, fresh, super/ beautiful! And we have something to compare it with.
It's easier with my daughter- she's 5 years old, but she always asks to enroll her in a children's beauty salon.
So I'm 100 satisfied!
One of the advantages of this barbershop is a beautiful interior. That's all.

Hairdresser Karina does not try to find contact with children (in her opinion, children under 2 years old should sit still like soldiers). He can't recommend something sensible for a haircut either. The haircut lasted 6 minutes, and everything was machine-cut, nothing was cut with scissors (parents themselves can also easily cut their child's hair). The prices when booking in the app differ from the real price list. I do not recommend visiting this place. The price-quality ratio is unjustifiably overestimated (30 rubles is not worth it).

They always got their hair cut at the master of Hope. An excellent specialist, polite, will always tell the baby what to do now and how to cut it, talks to the baby during the haircut, says goodbye after the haircut. We signed up for 20.09 at her place. They called 30 minutes later that there would be no hope today. OK, we rescheduled the recording. The child was waiting for a haircut in the morning and after kindergarten had to make an emergency appointment again. We made an appointment at 20.00 for Tatiana. Have arrived. It turned out that Tatiana had asked off/been replaced. The administrator did not call and did not warn about the replacement. As a result, we have a master Karina (I may be mistaken with the name). The girl is not friendly from the word at all. I didn't even talk to the baby, I didn't ask to lower or turn the head, I moved my head sharply with my hands, I didn't say don't be afraid of the typewriter, etc. The whole process took 10 minutes at most, if not less. After the haircut, the master sat down in an armchair, picked up the phone and no longer cared what was happening around her. The administrator was running around with the little dog of this very master. It was probably the end of the day, and the staff frankly didn't care about the customers. But it is precisely such situations that spoil the whole impression. If you go to this barbershop, then only to Master Nadezhda.
And, by the way, after our haircut, the clippers, scissors, comb went into the drawer of a plastic container-rack without any processing.
We have been getting a haircut from master Daria for more than a year, everything was fine, both the approach and the result. A child of 2.5 years old went there as if on holiday. But Daria disappeared somewhere and signed up for another master. They did not even talk to the child, they did not warn about manipulations (hair dryer, water). In my opinion, the haircut did not turn out very well and I said it calmly, without complaint. To which I received the answer that she was a master and she knew better how to cut hair, but in general it was necessary to stand and watch then, although I was 1.5 meters away. And this is instead of smoothing it out somehow and offering to fix it. In general, if you are lucky with the master, then I highly recommend it
I was very outraged by the service and the level of the master who did the haircut for my son, 2 years old, and did not even ask WHAT to do, but just cut it off under the typewriter and "goodbye"! 6 minutes and pay 30 rubles!!! No approach to children!! And the most interesting thing is that you can't touch the car. Then why do they put children in it?!!! In general, instead of a beautiful haircut, I got only a negative!!!

They gave the baby his first haircut. Everyone was worried before the trip. The child is interested in everything and needs to know everything, he does not like other people's hands, like everyone at this age.
We arrived a little earlier, and the receptionist greeted us with a smile and goodwill.
The master (Elizabeth) immediately approached, from the first minutes established a trusting connection in the dialogue, met the child and immediately took him on a "tour" of the salon)))
She showed toys (I would like to note that there are a lot of toys, just like in the children's room)) and a wonderful aquarium and birds. The child was very interested. I will not forget the words of the master: "we are cutting for the first time, so the main thing is not to scare"))
The child did not drop more than one tear, and the master patiently adjusted to all the poses of the child and still managed to have a dialogue with him. The haircut in the end is just wonderful (it was cut with both a machine and scissors)
Yes, all the kids are different, I do not argue, but the staff showed high professionalism. I am very glad that we chose this barbershop.

Enough time has passed since February 20, 2022, and yet I decided to write a review about visiting the Hedgehog barbershop on Pobediteley Ave. My wife and child came by online appointment. They put the child in a chair and waited for the haircut to begin. After them, a man came with his son and said they were getting a haircut. It turned out that our records were for the same time. We showed the online confirmation. Hairdresser Ksenia said that we should get up and give way. The men saw the recording in the system, but they couldn't find ours. The child was taken out of the chair. After 5 minutes of clarification, calls to the director and the inability to open online records of the barbershop, Ksenia said that she did not intend to cut our hair even after. No one thought about a positive solution to the situation. We had already forgotten about it, but the child once again remembered that he was kicked out of the chair, and his wife about the rude attitude of the staff. The hairdresser, the staff and the management are all negative emotions!
We were in the salon today for the Winners!Thank you very much to Master Karina for the haircut! And special thanks for the comfort!
