They do not refund funds within the terms of the agreement. They agree on a refund, they talk about long deadlines due to financial problems, but they don't return it on time. After the deadline, managers say that the director of the organization will deal with the issue and contact the client personally. The director has not been in touch for 6 days and apparently has no plans. I really regret that I contacted this organization and entrusted the issue of money refund to the manager, and did not arrange everything myself, taking into account the legislation.

A year ago, I called them to clarify the details of the course, but I never signed up. Apparently the number remained in the database, because in the summer Nikita's manager called me back with a question: "Have you learned to swim this year?" I was ashamed, I had to sign up after all :) I read the contract before paying, so there were no surprises. I was working out in the pool on Molodezhnaya Street — a track dedicated only for us, a small group and an absolutely amazing trainer Marina. To be honest, I did not learn to swim on my own, because personally, 16 classes are not enough for me, BUT I overcame the fear of water and now I can swim a few meters with equipment, inhale and swim further, and this despite the fact that at the first lesson I burst into tears from fear :D And the rest of my group have even better results!
