I really like Christmas trees. I like to order shish kebab (meat without veins and at a good level.We also order cheese in pita bread .Kebabs are delicious. The only negative is the delivery. It's better to pick it up yourself... it's faster that way. I like everything.

I called them to find out the reason, but unfortunately they are responding as usual. Leave a phone number and the responsible person will contact you. This, of course, should never happen, because they consider themselves better than the client and think they are stubborn. There is nothing a person can do about them. a "purchased" shish kebab, but after trying the shish kebab from this institution, I was pleasantly surprised. The meat is of good quality and always fresh. Now we always order here for delivery and pickup. They are packed in thermal boxes, even after an hour the kebab is warm and juicy. They cook perfectly, do not over-dry and there is no doubt about readiness). I really like it. Good luck to this institution.

I would like to share the unpleasant experience of interacting with your delivery. Today, on 24.12, we placed an order through your website. The order included two kebabs, chicken legs and champignons. Five minutes later, we got a call back and were informed that delivery was only possible if the order amount was over 100 rubles due to the large number of orders.
Several questions arise at once. First of all, why is such information missing from your website? If you have time restrictions or changes in the delivery rules, please notify your customers in advance. Secondly, how do you think two people can order food for that amount? We counted on these conditions and ended up without dinner.
Moreover, this is the second time you have created false expectations. First, you accept the order and payment, and then you declare that the delivery does not work after 22:00. Your actions look extremely unprofessional.
We are very disappointed and, most likely, we will no longer use your services. Please correct your mistakes and provide all important information in advance to avoid similar situations in the future.

But, before that, a notification came that the order would be delivered in 25 minutes, the actual delivery time from Oryol to the address was 10 minutes. Conclusion: they were brought earlier than the ordered time, the kebab was rolled for about 15 minutes before delivery.
