A great opportunity to restore the nervous system and physical fitness. I came to Alexander after serious stress and a fairly long break from training, and I was periodically bothered by back pain. After 3 months of training, my back has strengthened, and the pain has almost gone away. I've become more physically fit, I've regained my shape, and I feel like my body is toned. Alexander adapts workouts to any level of physical fitness of a person. You can ask questions about the musculoskeletal system and get practical recommendations and exercises. At the end of a workout, I always feel very satisfied that I was able to. I sleep better after training.

I've been walking for several years. I really like the scientific and individual approach. Low entry threshold. There is no negative load on the joints and heart. You can come at any age and physical condition. A bonus is the warranty service (they will select exercises for your injuries, or features). Fun music on special days. Funny jokes in the first months (may be repeated later).
I am happy to do yoga here for only six months so far. But during this time I already see positive changes in my body and every time after classes I feel a surge of strength and a good mood. Alexander gives competent individual recommendations, taking into account the specifics and perfectly motivates to perform difficult strength exercises. The atmosphere in the classroom is friendly and encouraging. The coach's sense of humor is a nice bonus.
