Sukhum, Leto Hotel. It was in June and September. Introductory: a lazy couch-eating meat eater. I heard about yoga tours from colleagues, I decided to combine a pleasant time at sea with healthy nutrition and practices.
About the hotel; Comfortable, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Nice area with a swimming pool.
Nutrition: wonderful! For me (meat eater) everything was delicious, new, interesting and a lot! Special thanks to Natalia for introducing vegatarian cuisine!
Beach: 10 minutes to the sea. The beach is deserted, large tracing paper, special shoes are needed. The sea is much cleaner than in Sukhum.
Practices: useful and interesting. Morning yoga with Julia Molitvina was just a balm for my back. She has a very cool program!
Atmosphere: relaxation and relaxation from the first day. Meeting very pleasant, interesting and positive people.
Conclusion: I will be happy to participate again! The yoga tour left the most positive, intense emotions! I recommend it to everyone!

Super everything, rooms, territory, very very tasty food (vegan). Girls, the chefs are very friendly, neat, wonderful staff. Yoga coaches are super!!!. The area where athel is located is not exactly what I like for an amateur, quiet, calm. There are no shops or cafes nearby. The beach is clean but very rocky. Walking to the beach is close

And the beautiful Ksenia, who prevented and administered everything to us. The food is excellent, the cook Natalia surprised every day) the sea is 10 minutes away, very clean, a sparsely populated beach is just what you need. The room is spacious. But the cleaning leaves much to be desired for 3 out of 10. But the advantages definitely outweigh by a million percent
