A studio with the most pleasant atmosphere, an inspiring teacher, beautiful sunsets and delicious tea
Hatha Yoga teacher Olga Gulkova is an experienced and empathetic teacher, supportive and gently guiding.
It was here that I started my yoga practice with a beginner course in May.
Yoga Start Course:
- He allowed me to better understand my body and introduced me to tools that help control stress levels.
- Introduced the techniques of various asanas, breathing techniques, and also immersed in the philosophical aspects of yoga.
- A group of 8 people is small enough for the teacher to have the opportunity to pay attention to each student (correct asanas and answer questions), but at the same time it is large enough to feel the energy of unity, which can only be felt by practicing in a group of like-minded people.
We plan to continue practicing in the studio, despite the distance from home, because this is a place where you can come in any mood, but you always come out with a good 🫰🏻

A small studio with a homely atmosphere. Clean, pleasant, air-conditioned. An experienced teacher. Sometimes yoga nidra classes are held separately.
