Great studio! I was at Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, an early Mysore class and that very atmosphere. The studio has a shower, blankets, belts, cubes, a soft area with sofas where you can sit after practice. The interior is as authentic as possible (even the door handles are in the form of elephants).
To get inside, you need to enter the entrance and climb the spiral staircase to the sixth floor. The door to the studio opens contactlessly (I was dumb for a couple of minutes and couldn't get in).
You can pay for the lesson either by bank transfer (there is a terminal) or in cash. The only negative for me that doesn't detract from the coolness of this place is that it's expensive. 800 liras one-time lesson for May 2025.
In any case, I recommend it one hundred percent!
It's a very nice studio. I was with my husband in training with 4 different coaches, I liked them all very much. The coaches are professionals. They pay attention to meditation, technique and breathing. Ashtanga top training.
The chavassana is very pleasant. They say pleasant words and smear with pleasant oil.
The studio has a very pleasant renovation, there is all the additional yoga equipment (for those who are used to Iyengar).
There are trainings that were originally announced in English, but there were also those that were in Turkish. The coaches tried to duplicate everything in English anyway.
