It seems clear that it is difficult to work with children, especially with small ones, but also the staff with such faces, you need to be more friendly. We arrived by appointment exactly at the time, sat and waited for 25 minutes. Honestly, I want there to be different workshops for crumbs and older children, because babies cry so much that it is not possible to sit. Even a 7-year-old child said that his head ached from the crying of a child in a nearby chair. The craftsmen are good, they know their job.
