Previously, 2 ProfLine collectors were purchased, which are supplied by Euroterm. When they were installed, it turned out that both collectors were not working properly. Flowmeters are not regulated, and they do not overlap the closing circuit. When trying to twist the flow meter to close the circuit, it rests inside the collector, most likely against the nipple. I contacted Euroterm with a request to help solve the problem, which was refused by the management, through an employee. They said that the management does not want to communicate. In fact, they do not bear any responsibility for their supplied equipment. I do not recommend this company, if problems arise, they do not even want to figure it out.
