The first impression and perhaps the last. I hope the reception there is not the same as the appointment. It is not possible to get through to the phones for recording, which are the 4th, for half a day (the phone is unavailable, they just do not pick it up and it is busy - the latter is generally normal). When you get through, a certain female person with a nasty voice and boorish manners picks up the phone, and judging by the manner of conversation, she is under the influence of psychoactive substances or heavy sedatives. I ask the clinic management to take measures regarding this employee.
