Personally, I have no complaints about the girls - employees of the European Post, they try to let customers go quickly, but why did they work for 1 in December, before the holidays?! There were queues before the exit to Brest, we had to stand for 1 hour. I hope the administration will take into account the pre-holiday hype and will take care of their clients' time. And yet, it is very bad that the European Post was closed on the Railway!
Long queues, there is no way to choose a business email for servicing legal entities, sometimes time does not allow, it takes a long time to stay there.

Euromail... And what exactly is the EURO, besides the name...?
1. Delivery time:
If you send a parcel by the Pinsk-Minsk route, there is a small chance that the parcel will arrive in 3-4 days (Belpost delivers in 2 to almost anywhere in the country), but if you decide to send the parcel to conditional Gomel from Pinsk, the delivery time will grow to 7+ days at best. Logistics? Except in its infancy, the parcel will go through a sorting point in Minsk, where it will hang for 3-4 days and it is unknown where else it may hang on the way.
2. Declared value, fragility:
If you suddenly, due to inattention, or due to other circumstances, forgot to specify the value of the parcel, be prepared that the shipment that any employee liked, or vice versa, did not like, who knows, at any stage of delivery, will be "lost" if you search for information on Google, Yandex, the cases are far from isolated. EURO*the post office disclaims any responsibility in this case, as indicated on the website and, at best, will offer you compensation in the amount of 0.1 basic value. As for the fragility, everything is not so clear, but the people to whom I sent parcels in half of the cases complained about a crumpled box, as if they had held several football matches with the parcel, fortunately, 3 layers of bubble wrap saved the contents.
3. Print quality on receipts:
It is worth thinking about the rationality of using EURO* mail services even at the moment of receiving / sending your first parcel, just by looking at the print quality of the receipt. Due to the stripes from the deceased cartridge, which has long been destined for a place in the landfill, on the receipt printed by the employees, with considerable effort and ingenuity, it is difficult to distinguish at least some information about your parcel. What can you expect from a carrier who cannot afford to banally change the cartridge in the printer to a serviceable one in a few months of operation.
4. Compensation for a "lost" parcel:
Did I write about compensation? So, living in the 21st century, the age of computer technology, where the parcel is processed through a personal account, with the entry of all the personal data of the sender, linking the phone number and other delights of the modern digital world, in case of loss of the receipt of shipment (the quality of which is written in paragraph 3), you will receive a letter with an unsubscription that compensation, even in the amount of 0.1 of the base value, is not possible, since the receipt was not presented by the sender :)
It so happened that I ordered goods from Novosibirsk to Valberis and a parcel from the Minsk region in one day, the most interesting thing is that the goods have already arrived from Novosibirsk and have been going from Minsk to Pinsk for

Euromail works terribly. The person sent the parcel to me on 10/26/2022. I was waiting for a gift on the 30th. But on 01.11.2022 she was still there. I contacted the feedback and only after that the movement started. 3.11.2022 she came. I was waiting for a response from the reverse microwave. The answer came only on 08.11.2022. Moreover, they took 5 rubles for delivery. It will be cheaper and faster by belpost. There is no worse servesus.
There is a friendly service in the department at Brest-KOY72A, Pinsk. But the parcel was lost upon delivery to Oshmyany. I do not recommend this organization
