The employee voluntarily sent the parcel for a refund. Neither the sender nor the recipient requested a refund and the recipient did not refuse the parcel. She was simply not given away, they said she might have been lost. Then they were arbitrarily sent for a refund!

The service is fine. The speed of delivery is pleasing. There are no complaints. I will update the review after a while. Yes, the staff is not focused on friendly service and peaceful resolution of disputes. The last time they didn't return the parcel ordered by my husband, they demanded a marriage certificate upon presentation of my identity document.
