Very long delivery time.
It is especially annoying that suddenly an employee goes on sick leave and the parcel cannot be picked up or sent in any way. It is clear that we are all human beings, but if this is a parcel delivery service, then this is not a serious approach! It turns out that the parcel can be waited for almost two weeks.
