The service is terrible, the staff are not competent in many matters, the situation is as follows, I decided to send an international shipment through the Euromail partner service, BOXBERRY, issued the shipment, mistakenly thought that there was a cash on delivery, coming to Euromail, the branch employee safely drew up a receipt with NP and sent my parcel through Boxbury to Russia, upon receipt, the person did not pay anything, took the parcel and blocked me, I contacted Europost, which threw all responsibility on the campaign of the Boxbury partner, after which I contacted them, where they made it clear to me that they did not have a cash on delivery, and an employee of the Europost office who accepted my shipment made a mistake, a complaint was filed, and a demand to refund the cash on delivery the payment to which the unsubscribe came that additional training was conducted with the employee, they did not even bother to apologize, made a call to the call center about my complaint, where they said that no one would reimburse anything and you would not receive another answer) the guys are working great...

I wish I could put zero stars. This is my first acquaintance with Euromail. And such an unfortunate one. Unfortunately, I read the previous reviews very late. This department almost never works. As soon as I plan a trip to Smolevichi on my day off to pick up a parcel, they always send a message the day before that the branch is not working for technical reasons. In the period from 18.07 to 25.07, there were 2 days off and 3 non-working days due to technical reasons. I still can't pick up my parcel. The department worked for 3 days in 8 days. Is this normal??This is the first and last time I use the services of Euromail.

The parcel from Minsk to Smolevich goes for a week, when it takes 20 minutes to get to Minsk by car, and then you still can't get it, the branch is closed for weeks, you receive the parcel for a month, the track is not tracked, and if you suddenly want to call the operator, be prepared for the fact that you will be kicked off by robots. When I miraculously managed to get through to the operator, they answered me, wait for the opening of the branch, although I asked to forward parcels to another branch, the answer is indifferent, wait! How long can I wait, you have my things, they cost money, on what basis are you not giving them to me?
