She showed her dislike when communicating, expressed herself in a rude way, showed a haughty face and fatigue from communicating with visitors. Such specialists have no place at work with people! I ask you to teach the specialist Alina the basic rules of etiquette. If she doesn't have enough intelligence for simple phrases, then write her positive scripts. It is impossible to perceive her displeased face in any other way. I think the review is objective and I hope the management will take action.
