I came to Euromail today to send the parcel. The cashier noticed that I was going to send a piece of jewelry (sergi), and did not take the parcel for registration. Explaining this by the fact that the European Post regulations prohibit the shipment of jewelry. After waiting a bit, I went to the second cashier, the first one who did not take the parcel from me wrote her a note saying that she would not accept the item from me, and from another cashier I received a refusal to send....(((( When I got home, I reread the regulations prohibiting the shipment of goods. I didn't find any jewelry there(((( I had to drive 30km to send this parcel because we do not have a European post in our village!! It is at this service point that the staff is disgusting, this is not the first time I have encountered it. We did not take the scooter for shipment earlier, justifying the poor packaging, although we packed the scooter in cardboard. But at the point they considered it a bad package and wrapped the stretch film for 8 rubles. I would like to point out, dear cashiers, that it is not your personal transport that transports these goods in order to sort out what you take or do not accept for shipment. Your task is to help pack and explain to the customer how best to send the parcel!

Boorish employees have been unable to send a parcel to relatives for the second time. Sometimes it is necessary to issue a declaration in advance, then with a pre-issued declaration they come up with their own rules, which are not on the website, in what form the parcel should be provided, what can be sent, what cannot. I will never use the services of this company again in my life, because in the end I got nothing but the time I spent. And I wish the Europost organization better to choose employees who are not rude to their customers. I do not know the full name of the employees, 2 girls worked on December 21 at about 13-14:00.
