Of the advantages, only the responsive staff.
Minuses:
1. Since August 7, they have made a terrible work schedule: Sunday and Monday are days off and on other days the working time was reduced by 2 hours
2. Huge queues. On Tuesday evening, the queue reached 25-30 people, despite the fact that one employee works. I spent an hour in line today. Half an hour before the end of work, they ask you not to take up the queue anymore.
3. The compartment is the only one for the entire Hangar and the location is inconvenient. And at least one more branch on Nesterova Street is asking for it.
P.S. It's amazing that the company listens to problems. There were practically no queues last night (nonsense!) and 2 people worked. So far, I have corrected the rating from 1 to 3 stars. If this continues, I will raise my rating even more.
The most important one is near the house;) I didn't notice any disadvantages. I came and took the order. During the rush hour, a couple of people saw a queue.
Upd.Lately, it is absolutely not convenient to pick up purchases, every time I come across such queues, in 25 minutes the queue has advanced by 2 people.. Euromail, you either increase the delivery time together or add another employee, otherwise you get a very inconvenient service instead of a fast service because of this minus another star

The department is cool, the employees do everything quickly, remembering the customers. Every time it's nice to come here knowing that there will be no queue and everything will go quickly. Definitely top!

Management, reception, who came up with such a schedule? Everyone has a working day on Monday, people need to receive their orders and parcels, how is the branch not working?!
And the nearest one in the shopping center is Bright too!

The only branch for the entire area (I don't think it's bright in the shopping center - inconvenient location and work schedule), queues are almost always there, one employee is left to work during rush hour (besides, not experienced enough).
It works every other time. An employee with glasses is constantly whining, I quote: "why are you all here, why not at the cottage?? What kind of service is this??" . The speed of work expects much to be desired! Hire fast employees.
Please update the work schedule in Yandex and Google to the current one. I couldn't pick up the parcel for several days because I was guided by the work schedule specified in Google, but it is not relevant
When the opening hours of the department are adjusted, the schedule opens at 9.00, and according to the contract, a piece of paper hangs at 11.00, and so very often. I have never met a worse attitude towards people.
