Polite staff. But I am not satisfied with the short work time and sometimes huge queues (it depends, of course, not on the pick-up point). Another big "BUT" - as I will not order an Ozone product, in 90% of cases it comes with a deformed package and a broken product inside. It happened several times with Emall. There are no such problems via Belpost. It looks like the Euromail loaders are playing volleyball with goods.
