Minus: one person works, the area is large and the load is enormous.
I ask the management to recruit employees, as there is one branch for the entire district and it is always loaded!

Судя от ответам организации, что они провели беседу с сотрудниками - это неправда.
Женщина, с чёрными волосами, которая без бейджа, какой-то таблички с именем - видимо недовольна своей работой, хамка и делает всем одолжение. Если не нравится - пусть идёт на пенсию или уступить другим желающим своё рабочее место.

Отличное обслуживание, правда столько неадекватов приходит забирать свое г... , купленное в озоне на скидках... Персонал остаётся только пожалеть. По копии паспорта они видишь ли хотят, вы бы ещё газету целебник из почтового ящика достали и по ней посылку получали)))
