But on 06.02 I was faced with an unpleasant situation in which the staff of the department obliged (! ) I was asked to buy a package at their branch, saying that if I did not do this , my parcel would not be accepted for shipment ! I came home and reread all the rules that say about the packaging that the packaging can be mine , as the sender, just to be durable within reason , no more (My packaging was double, by the way, it was not a thin cellophane bag or a garbage bag). If I hadn 't been in a hurry , I would never have bought a package at the department and would have made an entry in the complaint book ! Divorce from scratch ! At least call the police next time in case of such an appeal!
