The department may be good, but I was served by an incompetent operator Safonov IA. The girl instructed on the registration of the application through her personal account, refusing to issue it herself. This is not provided for in the Terms of use of the service and is a violation in relation to the client. I could have made an application in 2 minutes instead of the 10 minutes that the client needed.

I was there on October 11, the girl on the issue was just something. She only works in the warehouse to limit contact with people as much as possible. And it didn't hurt to wash the front door at least. In general, I try to go there as rarely as possible, only when absolutely necessary. We are talking about European mail, otherwise they write here who is talking about what :)
