Got sick. The package is lying. She asked her son to pick her up. Did you call to find out if it was possible? It turns out they will give it away if they also present a birth certificate (which is in another city). I.e. the same (rare) surname, the same residence permit does not count. We need to quickly go to another city, apparently. I thought to avoid contact with healthy people, not to spread this infection along the chain, but..... let's not break the rules by "which we work".)))

Вежливый персонал, работают быстро, очередей почти никогда нет. 👍 Добавляю отзыв: Персонал не только вежливый, но и отзывчивый и сознательный. Вкратце, мне отправили посылку из Минска и она "пропала" с радаров. Оказалось, что посылку всё же доставили на ПВЗ, но всё выяснить помогла Елена(фамилии, к сожалению, не знаю). Посылку привезли без трек-кода, она нигде не значилась. Девушка не оставила без внимания мою проблему и сама разобралась в этой ситуации. Огромная Благодарность Елене за отзывчивость!
