Again, the piece of paper on the door says "technical break of 20 minutes", again the employee is smoking a cigarette around the corner and is having a conversation with some man. They politely asked for an order, as they were in a hurry and there was a dog in the car. She stubbed out her cigarette, returned to the checkpoint and began to complain that she was "amazed at people!!! The dog is in their car!" Officially, the lunch break is from 14.00 to 15.00.
Politeness and clarity of work are definitely not about this pick-up point and the employee.
