It's terrible, the staff is not polite, they do not understand what they are doing themselves. I brought a parcel to send, they require my passport. It was Saturday afternoon, the parcel was sent only on Tuesday.

Без паспорта не выдают товар ,есть его фото,сам он на визе,в чём проблема?Чём можно ещё подтвердить личность?Не услажняйте простое

Место хорошое, но персонал ужасен. Невежливые, грубят и не разбираются в выдаче посылок. Очень надеюсь, что персонал поменяют.
