I wish the staff of the department good well-mannered customers, and the management of Europost to consider the issue of a second employee, because with increasing volumes of parcels, there will inevitably be queues and customer dissatisfaction.

There are some fictional people who are too lazy to register in the system and fill out the shipment at home. They come and whine to be helped, and the second time they also shake their rights, they say you have already done it to us, and we counted on your help. I believe that it is absolutely impossible to help such people, especially when there is a queue. Take them aside and let them wait until they serve the people who did everything according to the rules. I have already observed this situation several times in this department. We need to be fairer. In an angry queue, while you help one dishonest and selfish client, a dozen decent ones spoil their impression and lose the desire to work with you. In other departments, I saw how they coldly refuse and the person goes aside to register. This is the right option.

I ordered an email, the order arrived at the pick-up point on December 4th!I ordered it for the first time.On December 5, she came to pick up, forgot her passport in the cold on the machine, ran with two children from the other end of Fanipol, and .. everything turned out to be in vain.The bottom line is that I was not given an order with an email, (2 laundry gels,a freshener)The young man was rude, asked not to teach him how to work, and that he would not give me the order, just because I came without a passport, he says I cannot give you the order without a passport, he said maybe you will steal it!I had to go home with nothing!
