It takes 3-4 days to carry a parcel from the capital to one of the regional centers - this should be done when any carrier in the country does it in 1-2 days, not to mention foreign logistics services providing services in Belarus.
Everything would be fine, but somehow, parcels from Ali with a delivery cost of more than $ 5 began to be delivered across the country not through Belpost, but through European Post. So, the first one copes with delivery after release from customs control to the local branch, well, a maximum of 3 days, Euromail has already lost two parcels in a row somewhere in its distribution center, the call center has only one answer to all questions - "Write a feedback message."
I have never experienced such a number of problems with any logistics operator, moreover, over a period of about a month.

This is the most terrible mail that can only be imagined, the attitude towards customers is zero, the parcel was the most by 6 cm, It was not accepted, and they said with great pride that we even turn away people who have a parcel a centimeter more, I do not advise this mail to anyone.
The system itself is very convenient for the hypermall itself. But they removed the discount if you spend half the time here yourself. that is, it's better for the courier to bring you home, since the price is the same. And you need to recalculate and check the configuration. Unfortunately, there are cases that you will miss something. however, the response service solves these issues and delivers the goods that are not loaded or lost or something else
