We picked up the parcel on the afternoon of 19.01.2025.
The attitude of the staff is terrible, neither hello nor goodbye. Two female employees were sitting in a heated discussion, swearing in front of customers, not paying attention to them.
At this point, they regularly ask very rudely for information on the parcel, the communication is collective farm.
Dear management of this point, this is not the only such comment about the work of your employees. Please take measures, conduct customer orientation courses for employees, and do not hire aggressive people who do not want to work with people. Your employees are your face, and it doesn't look its best at the moment.
