On the way to the branch, the parcel was lost, they came to the branch for the parcel, and as the employee explained, "Your parcel was confused and given to someone else." Anything can happen, but how could you confuse the parcel number and not ask for a passport in this case? It was the first time we used the services of this post office, and this was the last time, as it seems, parcels arrive faster in the same belpost and they do not distribute parcels to absolutely "Left-wing" people!
