I give a star for "modernity and convenience". There is a feeling that progress is stuck in 2010 along with Euromail. To receive a parcel without having a passport at all, you either need to start a car, or give birth to a child, or bring your parents and prove kinship! Come up with codes or something already, with the help of which you do not need hundreds of manipulations to pick up a paid parcel with yourself

I really didn't want to put a unit, but the administration is not ready to solve the problem. It's not the fault of the employee who didn't deliver the product. The system as a whole is to blame. For some reason, all of a sudden, an order from the catalog turns into a parcel that can only be picked up if you have a passport. The application should indicate that this is a package, not an order, and that it is received only if the original passport is available.
