Another day, this girl was sitting too, I don't know her name. When asked about the payment for the shipment, she said that you go to your personal account and redo it yourself, I will not reissue it.
It seems that she does not know how to work in the European post office at all, she did not do an internship in principle.
Therefore, customers should pay more attention when registering so as not to find themselves in similar situations.
