I am a regular customer. I send and receive parcels here very often and a lot. The best branch in Brest. Here, the staff is always trying, in a hurry to serve as many people as possible. Sometimes there are small queues. They will always help you figure it out. They work very fast, which is not typical for all other European Post offices in Brest. In other branches, it's just a nightmare, no one is in a hurry, there is zero attention to customers
The department is super , but sometimes they work one at a time and the system hangs then it 's a disaster at all

After several attempts to register, it worked. It's more fun then. The confirmation code for registration took more than 10 minutes to arrive. It took me about an hour to send the package. Belpost is doing a better job.
The staff of the department are initiative-free, they did not offer help with registration, although they saw that I had been standing for a long time.
There is no alternative way to send a package, and the site was constantly hitting errors, then Server Error, then just throwing out and not sending the code.
