Yes, there are queues (taking into account the densely populated area of this microdistrict), but you have to wait, and a small room (you can also wait on the roof, fortunately there is a visor on the porch)... In general, parcels at the checkout are processed quickly - both to send and to receive... If everything is filled out from your personal account, then the sending procedure will take a minute or two: weighed, paid, pasted a sticker, received a receipt - you are free :). Both Euromail and Euromol.

At 13:59, the employee of the point said that she would not serve anyone else, come after lunch, there were 2 people left in the queue. She did not compromise, instead of serving 2 people and spending no more than 5 minutes on it, she led a conversation.

I can't pick up the parcel for the third day. I came at different times and every time there was some kind of crazy queue. That's because it takes 20-35 minutes per person. It's better to send the parcel by belpost or margin. I highly do not recommend this department.
