The specialist just misled us to kick us off (unpleasant), but it's not clear why.... We found out that our order has arrived. The specialist had to find our order number and accept our parcel. Thanks to the manager in the chat, who figured out the issue and sent the order number under which our order was registered on Euromail. (this is just in case......).
