All the waiting took pre-registration, which must be done by myself, which the staff told me with a puzzled look. Misunderstanding: if I sent money from this branch by cash on delivery, then why can't I get money from any other convenient branch? You're the same system.

I got one employee (they didn't remember her full name, but she was a young blonde). He is an absolutely incompetent person, he doesn't even know where the children are registered in the passport. We didn't have any more conversations with this employee (meaningless), there are no complaints about the rest, everything is fine.
The only disadvantage is that the Internet does not work, you have to go outside when creating an application for sending a parcel.
The service is very good, the staff perfectly explained everything clearly and in detail and explained it to the new client. The prices are very pleasant and it was difficult only for the first time, when registering, when you don't know anything.
