I give such a low rating because of the employee. A dark-haired girl in her 30s, maybe 30+. It worked, for example, on 09/21/2024. I subscribe to every word of the people who wrote below, apparently it's her. No matter how many times I don't come, she has such an expression that someone has died or been abandoned. It is very unpleasant and does not speak though. Somehow she was mumbling under her breath. I asked her what she was mumbling, so she screamed and we started a verbal altercation. Other times, she also pretended that she was prevented from doing nothing, but now she would have to strain herself. I sincerely don't understand why she still works there if there are so many complaints

Instead of greeting, you will hear sounds similar to: "what (or "what") do you ..?". Then a "theatrical" sigh will follow, which will give you an unforgettable feeling that you are clearly superfluous here (at the time of the visit I was the only visitor) and greatly disturbed. Demonstratively unhurried clicking on the computer, printing out forms and the subsequent command: "Fill it out!"... If you miss the trash service, then feel free to go to this department when Victoria is on combat duty.

I want to leave a comment about Victoria's employee. All five times that I came to the post office, she was not in the mood. I never heard any words of greeting, only insults and raised voices. For the last time, I asked for a small parcel measuring 10 by 6cm to be packed in a box so that it fits in size. To which she offered the largest box, shouting that the package would fit there too.

Terrible attitude towards customers, you come to the point for a parcel, but it is closed and there is no notification of a regime shift. You can find out that the point is open from 11 a.m. thanks to the call center, thank you that at least the employees work there in the morning. It's also amazing that the 21st century is in the yard, but we still go for parcels with a passport ourselves, can't we also send QR codes without problems so that a loved one can pick up the parcel? No, you still need to come yourself at least once, that's why then do all this?

The department is good, but recently an employee has been working who prefers to speak as quietly as possible. He expects that visitors themselves know where to sign and what to report. As a regular user, I know, but there was a person in the queue who kept trying to figure out what to do, pulling out the word with ticks. He gets 10 points for endurance, minus 10 points for service to an employee. It was terrible. He asks again and each subsequent response from the employee is even quieter and more irritable. It was awkward from the outside that they couldn't just tell him what to do, at least "sign here", he just puts down a piece of paper and waits. Honestly, this is the first time I've seen this. Just a direct manual on passive aggression.
