A disgusting department. Every time there are some new conditions for receiving parcels (then I can pick up my mom's passport, then I can't and I need a birth certificate). Okay, there are rules, but why do employees say different things every time?
Moreover, at first the employee said "I don't see the order", then she simply refused to give it out. So is there no order or is it impossible to receive?
The second point is why, when ordering just goods on an Email, I have to delve into which product comes from an Email, which one is from another seller, who is the supplier, and it must be received separately as a parcel? Where are some marks on the product?
This is not the first joint of the department, we have faced this repeatedly.
