The peeling stele is located on the outskirts of the city, it is not very convenient to get to it. Plus, it seemed to me that the inscriptions indicating the parts of the world are randomly arranged, do not reflect reality.

The monument itself is not bad, but it feels like they were cleaning the street and pushing it aside so as not to interfere. In a good way, the area could be improved somehow and it would be a very nice place.
